Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
Identify and build relationships with business partners and distributors, and monitor their business performance
Responsible for P&L management and inventory allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as marketing and supply chain to deliver exceptional customer service
Conduct market research to obtain market intelligence, and support the development of sales strategy
Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in key account management, general trade experience is highly preferred
Strong sales and negotiation skills, result-driven and analytical mindset
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
