One of the leading FMCG companies is looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to join their team. If you are a candidate with product portfolio and trade activities management, and looking for a dynamic platform to develop yourself, then this is an excellent opportunity for you! Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop trade marketing programs and promotional activities to support on brand positioning
- Responsible for P&L management including trade campaign budget allocation, product portfolio management
- Build strong relationships with business partners to drive successful execution of trade program
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify key market trends and opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management in FMCG, food products experience is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with different stakeholders
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving successful trade marketing initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
