Sales Manager, Cardiovascular

Our client is a Biotechnology MNC, focusing on cardiovascular devices and innovations. They are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationship with business partners in both public & private sectors
• Lead and implement the development plans/strategies of the sales and marketing activities in assigned market
• Manage distribution channels in assigned market
• Provide technical/ surgical support in operation theatre and cases with HCPs
• Provide timely support, professional advisory, product demonstrations and training to HCPs
• Observe and share latest market information and trends, gather intelligence of competitive activities and feedback to management
• Liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to support achievement of company and territory goals, to meet or exceed sales targets, to expand business portfolio and to increase market share

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in in Biomedical/ Biotechnology or in related disciplines
• 5+ of relevant working experience, preferably in clinical/ medical device industry, especially from cardiovascular field; candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• With cardiovascular HCPs network in HK and Taiwan is an advantage
• Business development and distribution management experience in Taiwan is an advantage
• Frequent travel is required
• Clinical experience in operation theatre is an advantage
• Being independent and being able to work under pressure, self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills and goal-focused, also being a good team player
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, verbal, interpersonal skills, and negotiating skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
