Our client is one of a global leader in consumer electronic industry, and they are looking for a Sales Manager with strong entrepreneur mindset and distributor management experience to join their team. Job Descriptions:
- Design and implement sales planning to achieve business objective and boost the sales growth through different channels
- Manage and maintain good business relationship with distributors to ensure promotion deliverable
- Plan and budget for appropriate sales and new product development strategies to boost market exposure
- Monitor and review business partner’s performance, identify potential business opportunity to maximize sales and profitability
- Communicate with various internal parties on sales and marketing activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
- Minimum 6 years relevant account management or sales experience, consumer electronics background is highly preferred
- Proven track record of establishing business partnership distributor management, preferably with other regional experience
- Excellent communicator with entrepreneur mindset
- A proactive storyteller, result-oriented and strong in strategical thinking
- Business travel is required
