Job Responsibilities
- Drive growth in e-commerce platform globally
- Collaborate with global marketing team to develop quarterly plans to launch innovations, renovations and content activation that are designed for E-commerce platform
- Set up launch best practices and lead post launch evaluation
- Transform E Commerce business from sales-growth driven to penetration-growth driven
- Take a data direction approach to creating best practices via A/B tests and market learnings
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in business or other related discipline
- 5+ years e-commerce experiences in multiple markets/platforms
- Candidate with Category management or online sales experience in FMCG field will be an advantage
- Ability to influence senior management as well key stakeholders across multiple functions
- Self-motivated and passionate about delivering new digital ideas
- Strong scientific ability and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must
