Sales Manager, Leather Goods
A world-leading manufacturing company seeks a seasoned and passionate Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager to drive new business development across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate enjoys building strong customer relationships and leading sales teams to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities across Greater China and SEA
- Lead negotiations on trade terms and commercial agreements with prospective clients
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies
- Oversee end-to-end sales activities, monitor performance, and adjust direction to meet or exceed targets
- Contribute to and implement strategic sales and business development plans
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably in the leather goods, accessories, footwear, or apparel industries
- Established industry network and deep market knowledge in the relevant product categories
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of commercial results
- Excellent organisational skills and clear, effective communication
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin are required
- Willingness to travel across the region
