Channel Sales Manager - CCTV/ Physical Security/ ELV
A leading global technology provider is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join their Hong Kong team.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all sales activities related to video security and access control solutions with corporate and enterprise channel partners throughout Hong Kong
- Proactively manage key regional business relationships by deploying effective sales strategies designed to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Support sales leaders in establishing quarterly and annual objectives for assigned channel partners, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals
- Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners to create additional revenue streams while nurturing existing partnerships for sustained growth
- Empower channel partners by communicating the unique value propositions of various solutions, increasing adoption rates across multiple brands
- Provide day-to-day support for channel partners’ sales-related activities, offering guidance and resources to help them succeed in their markets
- Track and report on all partner activities using Salesforce, maintaining accurate records to inform strategic decision-making
- Be accountable for achieving all sales metrics as set by leadership, demonstrating commitment to shared success
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across functions—including business development managers, inside sales teams, sales engineers, and other channel executives—to deliver seamless service to partners
- Travel regularly within the territory (10-25%) to maintain strong connections with partners and stay attuned to market needs
What you bring:
- At least five years' experience of selling video security solutions within complex environments where relationship-building is essential
- A minimum of five years' spent in customer-facing roles that required excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for client needs
- Demonstrated account management expertise over at least five years, including responsibility for growing existing accounts as well as acquiring new ones
- Background in physical security solutions is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn about this sector is essential
- Exceptional analytical abilities combined with clear verbal and written communication skills in English are required for success in this role
- A proven track record of delivering tangible sales results while developing collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders alike
- Strong presentation skills that allow you to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical acumen sufficient to understand product features deeply enough to address partner questions confidently during discussions or presentations
- Excellent time management skills enabling you to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-moving environment without sacrificing attention to detail
- An established network of contacts within the assigned territory would be advantageous but is not essential; willingness to travel frequently (10-25%) is required
