General Manager (Healthcare Services B2C)

A global leading provider of home healthcare is seeking an experienced General Manager to head its patient-focused consumer division, with the role based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the business strategy to achieve sustainable growth and improved profitability in a competitive home healthcare landscape.
  • Lead a comprehensive business transformation programme, focusing on modernisation of legacy processes and successful rollout of digital tools and enterprise systems (including HR and operational platforms).
  • Provide clear commercial leadership to strengthen revenue performance while upholding best-in-class standards in sales execution, technical service delivery, supply chain efficiency, and overall customer/patient experience.

  • Manage and develop a stable, cross-functional team covering sales, field service & technical support, operations, finance, customer service, HR, and compliance/safety functions.
  • Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture that aligns with regional healthcare priorities and maintains strong engagement within a long-tenured workforce.
  • Ensure full compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement in all patient-facing services and home-based therapy support.

Ideal Profile

  • Successful track record as General Manager or Country Manager equivalent senior leader in home healthcare, medical devices, respiratory/sleep therapy services, or closely related consumer-facing healthcare sectors.
  • Proven ability to combine strong commercial/sales leadership with operational and service excellence in a B2C or hybrid environment.
  • Hands-on experience driving digital transformation projects and implementing enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS or similar) in mid-sized organisations.
  • Demonstrated skill in leading stable, experienced teams through change while preserving positive culture and performance momentum.
  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare services market / FMCG and regulatory environment is highly advantageous.
  • Hong Kong-based leadership role with full local accountability.
