Senior Media Sales Manager - Life style/ Art/ Luxury

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in media sales, luxury partnerships, and integrated campaign solutions within a supportive and inclusive environment. The role offers exposure to high-profile clients across Luxury, Art & Culture, and Exhibitions, as well as the chance to work on cross-border initiatives including Greater Bay Area (GBA) markets.

What you'll do:

  • Identify new business opportunities by proactively approaching potential advertisers and sponsors within the Luxury, Art & Culture, and Exhibition industries, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.
  • Re-engage lapsed accounts through thoughtful outreach strategies while expanding existing client relationships via structured up sell plans tailored to their evolving needs.
  • Cultivate strong connections with both media agencies and direct brand clients by navigating complex decision-making processes and approval flows with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Design and sell integrated campaigns that combine print, digital, and marketing solutions with clear deliverable and timelines aligned to client objectives.
  • Support the development of cross-border business opportunities by building partnerships with GBA clients, leveraging market insights, and collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management by accurately tracking opportunities, adhering to regular meeting cadences, and providing reliable weekly forecasts using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery by working hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure timely execution and continuous optimisation of performance metrics.
  • Stay attuned to market intelligence by monitoring category trends, competitor activities, and client campaign calendars; translate these insights into compelling commercial proposals.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in media sales or related fields such as magazine sales, premium lifestyle platform sales, event or sponsorship sales, advertising sales or agency-side partnerships is essential; candidates with greater experience may be considered for more senior roles.
  • Transferable skills from adjacent industries such as event management, exhibition or sponsorship sales, integrated marketing or PR agency roles (client-facing or partnerships), luxury brand partnerships or trade marketing are highly valued.
  • Proven track record in prospecting new business through cold approaches and converting leads into paid campaigns is necessary for success in this role.
  • Experience engaging with Greater Bay Area (GBA) or cross-border markets including Mainland China clients is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with advertisers in Luxury / Beauty / Lifestyle / Art / Exhibition sectors either directly or via agencies is important for this position.
  • Excellent presentation skills combined with effective negotiation abilities are required to manage diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated capability to independently oversee client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle is expected.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin would be considered an asset.
