Key responsibilities
As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth for innovative packaging in the food & beverage sector through strategic sales, stakeholder engagement, events, and sustainable solutions.
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze F&B trends, competitor activity, and customer data to uncover opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Customer Engagement & Relationship-Building: Connect with clients, nurture lasting relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Product Trials & Demonstrations: Showcase company’s sustainable product through engaging trials and demos that highlight innovation, impact, and sustainability
- Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement ambitious sales strategies aligned with business goals and sustainability values
- Events & Brand Promotion: Lead impactful events and exhibitions to amplify brand presence and inspire stakeholders around our mission

- Proven Experience & Sales Expertise: Strong track record in F&B or sustainable packaging, excelling in sales and market analytics, prospecting, and closing deals while building lasting client relationships
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Embraces new technologies and innovations, driving efficiency and keeping the team ahead of industry trends
- Self-Starter & Entrepreneurial: Takes ownership of projects, identifies growth opportunities, and inspires others while contributing to the organisation’s mission
- Mission-Driven & Culturally Savvy: Passionate about the company and its sustainable product connecting effectively across diverse cultures and teams
- Exceptional Communication & Language Skills: Delivers compelling presentations, crafts persuasive messages, and leverages multilingual abilities (such as fluency in English both written and spoken) to expand reach and influence
