My client is a fast-growing innovator in the packaging industry, dedicated to reshaping how consumer brands approach sustainability. Mission is to deliver next-generation solutions that reduce environmental impact, enhance consumer experience, and drive commercial success.

Currently seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our commercial expansion in Asia. This role requires a strategic leader who can combine market insight with execution excellence, building strong client partnerships and driving revenue growth in line with our sustainability vision.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement bold sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets throughout the Asian market.
  • Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-caliber sales team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
  • Perform thorough market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages that strengthen our position.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in F&B brands, retailers, and distributors.
  • Establish clear performance goals, track progress using data insights, and continuously optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless solutions and outstanding customer value.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to elevate our reputation as a sustainability pioneer.
  • Collect market and customer feedback to inform product evolution and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 12+ years of proven sales success, with at least 3 years in leadership roles — preferably in packaging, food & beverage, or sustainability-focused industries.
  • Strong history of surpassing sales targets and scaling revenue in dynamic markets.
  • Natural leadership talent with the ability to inspire teams and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Sharp analytical mindset to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Comfortable working within a lean, small-scale team environment, with the agility to wear multiple hats and drive initiatives independently
  • Passion for sustainability and openness to new approaches in packaging solutions.
