Global Sales Director (Electronics & ODM)

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead the sales strategy and team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving performance, and navigating diverse product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow market share across multiple product lines
- Define and implement both short‑ and long‑term strategies to penetrate new markets and segments globally
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a geographically dispersed sales and account management team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners worldwide.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including production, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and planning processes
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 15 years of experience and success from B2B sales and/or business development in a management role
- Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within manufacturing or engineering soft goods
- Strong experience managing diversed teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close high-value deals.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, native in English is essential. Mandarin will be a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
