You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong networks within the commerce finance sector, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the commerce finance & accounting space, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates to match them with suitable roles.
  • Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career progression opportunities.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to successful placement of candidates.
  • Build and expand your network within the finance industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team targets while contributing to the overall success of the desk.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for recruitment and a genuine interest in commerce finance & accounting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a consultative approach.
  • Resilience, determination, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential; we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who are eager to learn and grow.
