Commercial Director, Travel Retail (multi-category)
Seeking a highly motivated Commercial Manager to lead and expand a diverse portfolio of categories across the HK market. This role is central to driving growth, building strong partnerships, and shaping the future of the business. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies across multiple categories

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on diversifying and strengthening the portfolio.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both international brand partners and local suppliers.

Lead and mentor a team of Category Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Conduct market and policy analysis to anticipate trends and inform decision-making.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.

Ensure customer-centric solutions that resonate with both local and international audiences.

Candidate Profile

Proven track record in commercial management, category leadership, or business development within retail, FMCG, or related industries.
