Job Details

• Manage key clients and execute strategic account plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Drive client deals and business opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Present and commercialize company's products, services, and digital solutions
• Direct internal support teams to fulfill client requests across risk, marketing, product, and innovation
• Provide regular business and industry updates during client engagements
• Stay current on innovation, digital trends, and emerging technologies

Requirement

• 5+ years of working experience in payments, banking, or other relevant financial industries
• Proven track record in sales/relationship management/client-facing position
• Knowledge of the payments and cards businesses
• Proficient in English, and Cantonese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
