Assistant Sales Manager (Building Materials - Specification)

Our client is a MNC building materials company, they are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager (Pre-sales - Specification) to join them.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-sales and specification work with architects, developers, designers, sustainability consultants and government bodies.
• Responsble for plan and implement marketing strategies, including organize seminars and other publicity events.
• Cold call is required based on company provided project data base..

Main Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above
• Min 3 years of relevant specification experience in buidling materials industry
• Have existing network and good contacts with architects and developers would be an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
