One of my well-established global telecom clients is recruiting for a Head of Network Sales to help expand their busienss within financial services across APAC. Join us in driving growth and innovation in the region!

What you'll do:

  • Leading a team in Hong Kong to accelerate the sales expansion of new ICT solutions for both prospective and existing customers
  • Enhance our market presence by concentrating on offering ICT, data center, network, cloud, and security solutions tailored for enterprise clients, across financial and commercial sectors
  • Create business case by actively involving the customer or prospect in the development of the case and proposal for new or expanded business opportunities
  • Take leadership role in major customer agreements and sales opportunities
  • Optimise margin where possible on deals and ensure deal guidelines and approval processes are adhered to.
  • Develop and implement account / territory strategies with team members to sell and promote company’s portfolio of products
  • Develop and sustain precise account plans and evaluations. Implement high-quality forecasting, planning, and sales strategies

What you'll bring:

  • Possesses extensive industry knowledge and experience in selling ICT solutions.
  • Have previously achieved/ exceeded annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team, with solid experience working as a leader
  • Capable of prioritizing the customer's business challenges and proposing suitable solutions to address business needs
  • Possesses strong skills in stakeholder engagement and executive management
  • Speaks fluent English and Cantonese with excellent communication skills
