Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and formulate sales strategies to enhance brand recognition and sales revenue
• Maintain sustainable business relationship with existing clients, and identify potential business opportunity
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress to ensure project deliverable
• Work closely with different stakeholders and provide after-sales service
• Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in any discipline
• 4 years of relevant experience, solid knowledge in furnishing products or building materials is highly preferred
• Solid experience in handling residential, hospitality and commercial projects
• Strong project management and communications skills
• Ambitious, result-oriented and strong in strategical thinking
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
