An internationally-listed company with a strong presence in 3PL and supply chain solutions is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing around 10 people and looking after strategic business planning and management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plan for commercial sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers
- Manage sales and customer growth for the region
- Lead a team and manage their pipeline and KPI
- Manage regional sales P&L and budget control
- Participate in ad hoc projects when assigned
Requirements:
- High diploma holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience from logistics industry
- Strong command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proactive individual with strong sales-driven mindset
- Proven track record in regional exposure
- Willing to travel
