Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of vibrant sales
- Initiate and implement sales strategy for sale team
- Manage target & KPI setting and daily pipeline follow up
- Work closely with marketing team on campaigns and events
- Responsible for market and competitor analysis
- Develop and maintain relationship with key customers and partners
- Participate in ad hoc projects when assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Previous exposure in retail, FMCG, technology, hospitality or start-up environment would be a definite advantage
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proactive individual with strong sales drive
- Able to work independently
