Our client is a prominent MNC with a strong reputation in the education industry across the globe. Job Descriptions:
• Drive sales and manage sales, including target setting and daily pipeline follow-up
• Responsible in recruitment, training, coaching and performance monitoring
• Create, implement, and exceed short- and long-term sales goals
• Execution of different campaigns and significant events, such as student contests
• Innovating marketing materials and strategies
• Analysis of the market, rivals, and sales situation
• Develop program budget, including price and discount policy, marketing and sales strategy
• Manage customer relationships and program retention
• Manage complaints and crisis management while collaborating with internal colleagues closely
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree holder in business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience, preferably in MNC company or service sector
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Result-oriented and strong leadership skills
• Prior experience in implementation of market plan
