An upcoming tourist attraction and key landmark is currently seeking for a Senior Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing operations, partnership, marketing and strategic directions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement upcoming strategic direction
- Build relationships with key partners to maximise revenue opportunities
- Manage full P&L and ensure all financial targets are achieved
- Develop standard operations procedure for frontline to back office operations
- Identify promotional opportunities to promote community engagement
- Support marketing and partnership initiatives
- Participate in all related projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of related experience from hospitality, tourism or property industry
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive individual with strong business mindset
