One of the world leading manufacturing company is expanding their business in Hong Kong, they are the market leader in the packaging field. They are now hiring a Business Development Manager to join their sales team. Candidate with more experience will be consideration as a Sales Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute BD plan and strategies for both B2B and B2C business
- Identify new sales channel and business opportunity to maximise revenue
- Motivate and lead sales team to drive for business performance
- Provide training and coaching to sales team
- Evaluate and analyse business performance for improvement
- Work closely with HQ to ensure clear communication between Hong Kong team and HQ
Requirements
- 8+ years sales experience in FMCG field
- Candidate with experience in food packaging industry is highly preferable
- 3+ years team management experiences
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in Chinese and English
