Job Description
- Develop sales plans and strategies for developing CE business and achieving company goal
- Manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales target
- Perform market trends and competitor analysis and provide regular feedback to management and Headquarters
- Develop annual promotional calendar with all key customers, with special focus on the key sales events
- Analyse and establish correct selling prices by monitoring economic indicators, changing trends, costs, competition, supply and demand
Requirements
- 7+ years sales or business development experiences in consumer product industry
- 1+ years management experience
- Experience in Consumer Electronics field is highly preferable
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in Chinese and English
