Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote a range of medical products to to hospitals and clinics to meet or exceed sales targets
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with partners including distributors and healthcare professionals in the assigned sales territory and products range
- Provide surgery & therapy technical support/ product details/ demonstration/ in-service training/ operation training to existing & potential clients to maximize product or brand penetration through development and execution of sales plan & strategies
- Proactively explore new business opportunities, approach key account customers, dealers, pharmacy and other business partners and maintain good relationship with designated customers
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from products.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing to develop sales strategies and drive business expansion
- Regular updates on market / competitive development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/ Sciences/ relevant major
- 2+ years of sales experience in medical device/ healthcare industry; with clinic network/ HCPs network/ KOL management experience is preferred
- Experience in Operating Theatre (OT) / Cardiology / Spine / Orthopedic and/or Surgical products would be a definite plus
- Proactive in carrying out task and driving sales results
- Ambitious and passionate about building a successful sales career
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
