• Work independently and report to senior management team
• Driving sales in business of E-commerce and Wholesales for Business development team in Europe
• Manage and develop business plan that covers sales, P&L
• Setting individual sales targets, and achieving sales goals
• Tracking sales goals, activities and performance of the sales team and reporting results accordingly
• Promoting the company brands and products
• Understand our ideal market the relations of the brands Requirements
• Planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• European language skill (e.g French or Italian) is an advantage
