Responsibilities
- Develop and implemenet sales planning and strategy
- Manage a sizeable team of salesperson

- Grow business with new clients / territories
- Assist with the team on achieving sales target
- Participate in management decisions to align company's goal
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder or above
- Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience
- Previous exposure from toys / consumer electronics field is required
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong sales-driven and hunter mindset
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
