Responsibilities:
• Source, identify and interview the best candidates to meet clients’ needs
• Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond
• Manage and build upon relationships with both clients and candidates to maintain and develop a positive and growing business
• Provide consultancy service on market trend, future development, business rates and salary range

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline
• Strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, driven, a good team player, and success minded
• Enjoys working in a target driven, team orientated environment
