Our client is a well known OEM/ODM manufacturer and they are seeking for a B to B S&M manager for their IoT production line.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining current business portfolio to generate sales revenue, profitability and market share.
- Build, grow and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners
- Responsible for customer queries, quotation enquiries, product management, identify upcoming business opportunities, negotiate on contract and etc.
- Good understanding of customer requirements coupled with industry/technology trends.
- Able to anticipate customer needs and also provide inputs/feedbacks to internal team (R&D and factories)
- Work with a cross functional team of people from R&D team, Product Team, manufacturing team and material sourcing & purchasing team
- Develops business and sales management capabilities
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines, candidate in Engineering discipline is preferable
- Minimum 10 years sales & marketing and product management experience. Experience in manufacturing industry in Europe or US markets is preferred
- Experience in IOT / home security / smart electronics appliances / RF products is preferred
- A business-driven person with strong business and commercial sense; and proven track record of business development and drive profitable business growth
- Self-initiator, detail-minded, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
