Our client is one of the largest aircraft which has different related business and looking for an expert to join them in the sales & marketing team focusing on business analysis Position Summary: This position will be responsible for ensuring timely management reports and analysis, managing general sales agents, supporting customer partnership program and promotional campaigns for company branding. Major Job Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and sales team with business implications
- Facilitate revenue budget process and support Senior Management & APAC Sales Management Team in producing revenue forecast and run rate
- Support Senior Management and APAC Sales Management Team in ad hoc projects, business cases and market researches
- Coach team members in business analysis and data visualization of internal performance and market data
- Develop pricing and cargo acceptance strategies by compiling and analyzing floor price for GSAs, and liaising with various Asia gateways to determine hurdle rates. The current GSA network includes both online and offline stations: Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand and Vietnam, but does not limit to the newly developing stations in progress
- Publish tariff and provide guidelines to the assigned GSAs. Ensure compliance with company pricing policy and seek appropriate approvals on any spot pricing and in according to gateways demand of cargo support
- Direct and report on the assigned GSA activities to APAC Sales Management Team and review with GSA team
- Support the partnership programs by handling customer’s enquiries and providing performance analysis
- Support marketing events and promotional items
- Support photo and video library by arranging and facilitating still photos and video shooting
- Support internal and external communication
- Produce and update presentations for customer meetings or internal summits and support Senior Management with forum and exhibition requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree holder or equivalent combination of education is required
- At least 3-4 years’ working experience in airfreight industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach team members in handling business projects and tasks
- Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills in reporting and analysis
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills in spoken, written English & Chinese
- Mature, independent and result-oriented. Highly motivated and reliable
- High proficiency in standard office software: Power Point, Word, Outlook (MS Access) software programs
- Advanced Excel skills and familiar with Excel functions including pivot table, database management and VBA programming is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work under time pressure and in a fast paced environment
