Senior Key Account Manager (FMCG)

Overview: We are seeking a commercially driven individual to lead strategic partnerships with key retailers. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing trade investments, and delivering strong market performance through data-led planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Lead commercial planning and execution across designated accounts, aligning with broader business objectives such as revenue, margin, and market share.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and integrate channel strategies into overall business plans.
  • Oversee customer negotiations in line with commercial priorities and trading terms.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day execution through proactive planning, communication, and performance tracking.
  • Manage trade investment budgets and assess campaign ROI.
  • Support new product launches and ensure strong in-store execution aligned with brand and channel strategies.

Data & Insights

  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting including forecasts, promotional analysis, and customer performance metrics.
  • Analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate insights into actionable plans to drive growth and improve execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG KA sector
  • Proven track record managing key accounts in Hong Kong, including eCommerce and premium retail channels; distributor experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Nielsen data preferred
