Our client is a leading player in the building material industry with a distribution network spanning across the Asia Pacific. They are on a mission to make the world a beautiful place and take pride in nurturing happiness and talent at work. They are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth in Hong Kong. You will be tasked with opening and developing business relationships with new distributors, securing high-level projects, and penetrating new markets. Your strategic planning skills will be crucial in formulating effective sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will manage long-term accounts and lead a team of specification executives. Your ability to accurately plan and forecast sales performance will contribute significantly to meeting the company's annual sales budget.

  • Aggressively open and develop business relationships with new distributors
  • Achieve company’s sales objectives to meet the annual sales budget
  • Secure high-level projects through specification
  • Open new business opportunities through distributor network in Hong Kong
  • Formulate the sales and marketing strategy to penetrate and gain market share
  • Manage strategic long-term accounts
  • Accurately plan and forecast sales performance
  • Lead a team of specification executives

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in sales leadership and distribution creation.
  • Diploma or Degree with at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Previous sales experience in building materials, construction & paint industry preferred.
  • Independent, Sales Driven & Self-Motivated.
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people.
  • Required Skill(s): Distributor Creation, Sales, Specification, sales driven.
