They are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth in Hong Kong. You will be tasked with opening and developing business relationships with new distributors, securing high-level projects, and penetrating new markets. Your strategic planning skills will be crucial in formulating effective sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will manage long-term accounts and lead a team of specification executives. Your ability to accurately plan and forecast sales performance will contribute significantly to meeting the company's annual sales budget.
- Aggressively open and develop business relationships with new distributors
- Achieve company’s sales objectives to meet the annual sales budget
- Secure high-level projects through specification

Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in sales leadership and distribution creation.
- Diploma or Degree with at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Previous sales experience in building materials, construction & paint industry preferred.
- Independent, Sales Driven & Self-Motivated.
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people.
