This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business opportunities while maintaining the current business portfolio, ensuring profitability and market share growth. The successful candidate will have the chance to build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Candidate with less experience will be consider as an Assistant Manager.

What you'll do:

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining the current portfolio. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers will be key in this role. You will also oversee customer account management including handling customer queries, quotation enquiries, product management among others. Working closely with cross-functional teams will be part of your daily routine as you coordinate efforts to deliver business proposals that meet customer needs. Your leadership skills will shine as you coach the sales team towards achieving their goals.

  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining current business portfolio
  • Develop maintain good relationships with customers and business partners
  • Oversee customer account management that includes customer queries, quotation enquiries, product management, identify upcoming business opportunities, negotiate on contract etc.
  • Work closely with a cross functional team to meet customers’ business needs
  • Provide leadership, management, coaching and training to sales team
  • Develop business and sales management capabilities

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales and Marketing Manager role brings a wealth of experience and a strong set of skills. You should hold a degree in any discipline, though candidates with an Engineering background are preferred. Your experience should span at least 8 years in sales & marketing and product management, with a minimum of 3 years at a managerial level. A proven track record of business development and profitable growth is essential. Familiarity with branded and premium audio products or electronics consumer products industry will be advantageous. Your leadership skills should be top-notch, with the ability to manage team members and motivate them to deliver positive results.

  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience
  • Previous exposure from manufacturing industry is required
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese is required
  • Familiarity with electronics consumer products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented and commercial mindset
