Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Partnership Distribution Support to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide performance support to a key exclusive partnership, manage and execute regional initiatives, and offer business support for various partnership meetings and workshops. What you'll do:

As a Partnership Distribution Support, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategy and ambition for growth in exclusive partnerships. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive performance support to a key exclusive partnership. This includes managing sales performance, capacity, productivity reporting, campaign tracking, bonus calculation tracking and department budget approval. Additionally, you will be tasked with executing regional initiatives such as joint partnership events and communications/marketing programs. Your role also extends to offering business support for various partnership meetings and workshops. Your ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail will be crucial in this role.

  • Provide performance support to a key partnership including sales performance, capacity, productivity reporting, campaign tracking, and bonus calculation tracking
  • Manage department budget approval, tracking, and management
  • Execute regional initiatives such as joint events, customer events, communications/marketing programs, training
  • Support end-to-end planning of regional initiatives
  • Offer business support for partnership meetings and business review meetings
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting

What you bring:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Advanced excel and PowerPoint presentation skillsets
