Head Of Food Service - FMCG

To cater the business growth in Hong Kong and they are now hiring a Head Of Food Service to manage their food service business. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and implement actions to drive growth and achieve targets
  • Review and negotiate the sales and trade terms with customer
  • Oversee sales performance and work closely with sales team to achieve commercial goals. This involves analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring effective strategies
  • Stay updated on competitors' information, including pricing, quality, and new products. Conduct competitor price analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Train and coach direct sales team and external distributors for achieving high level of salesforce effectiveness competence

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or other related discipline
  • 5+ years food service sales or business development experience
  • Experience in FMCG or retail field is highly preferable
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff members and develop a culture of operational excellence
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent team spirit, positive-thinking, goal-oriented spirit
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
