A reputable hospitality software company is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for account management, business development and customer success. Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target by account management and business development
• Provide training and deliver implementation to new clients
• Create and prepare sales pitches and training materials
• Work closely with product development team on project management
• Partner with internal key stakeholders to manage customer relations for business growth
• Participate in ad hoc projects when assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably from hotel technologies or hotel operations field
• Previous exposure from IT industry or SaaS products will also be considered
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong understanding in hotel operations will be a definite advantage
• Solid sales track record
• Proactive individual with strong entrepreneurial mindset
