One of the leading FMCG group is looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to join their team. They are currently seeking for talents with strategical sales planning and channels management experience. If you are a candidate with relevant experience and hoping to join a rapidly developed team with promising exposure then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute sales strategy and activities to achieve business objective
- Establish and manage sustainable business partnership with different channels to maximize sales and profitability
- Responsible to manage inventory level and ensure sufficient stocks for all sales channels
- Monitor and review account activities to ensure their performance are align with standard
- Analysis consumer behaviours and market trends to support the development of brand strategy and enhance market share
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business or any discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience of sales or account management in FMCG industry, mod trade channels management is a must
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong negotiation skill with proven track record of launching successful sales campaigns
- Result-oriented, data driven and strong in strategic thinking
- Proactive, good team player with excellence presentation skill
