Sales/ Key Account Manager (Personal Care/ Confectionery) - MNC

One of the leading FMCG group is looking for a Sales/ Key Account Manager to join their team. They are currently seeking for talents with strategical sales planning and modern trade channels management experience. If you are a candidate with relevant experience and hoping to join a rapidly developed team with promising exposure then this is an excellent role for you! Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute sales strategy and activities to achieve business objective
• Establish and manage sustainable business partnership with different channels to maximize sales and profitability
• Responsible to manage inventory level and ensure sufficient stocks for all sales channels
• Monitor and review account activities to ensure their performance are align with standard
• Analysis consumer behaviors and market trends to support the development of brand strategy and enhance market share
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business or any discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience of sales or account management in FMCG industry
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong negotiation skill with proven track record of launching successful sales campaigns
• Result-oriented, data driven and strong in strategic thinking
• Proactive, good team player with excellence presentation skill
