A reputable cloud software company is currently looking for a BD Specialist to join their HK team. The chosen candidate will work closely with partners and vendors on account management duties.
Our client is a leading cloud software company with a strong reputation across the APAC region. They are currently looking to add a new headcount to their local sales team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction
- Responsible for upselling and growing revenue with new products and services
- Support sales team on presentations and demo preparations
- Act as a key point of contact for all account related issues
- Participate in ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience
- Solid experience in cloud software
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proactive and independent individual
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
