One of the leading FMCG company based in Europe with over 40 years of history. To cater the rapid growth of their business, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. If you are a candidate with solid account management experience and looking for MNC exposure, that would be a great opportunity for you !
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute sales strategy and activities to achieve business objective
- Establish and manage sustainable business partnership with different channels to maximise sales and profitability
- Develop a strategic Customer Plan with objectives, strategies and plans to meet the Company and Customer needs
- Analysis consumer behaviours and market trends to support the development of brand strategy and enhance market share
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or any discipline
- 4+ years relevant experience of sales or account management in FMCG industry
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong negotiation skill with the ability to influence decision-making and stakeholder management
- Result-oriented, data driven and strong in strategic thinking
- Proactive, good team player with excellence presentation skill
