One of a leading FMCG company is looking for an Ecommerce Manager with marketplace management and strong negotiation skill. If you are a candidate with relevant experience and hoping to join a fast-growing team with promising exposure then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and executive online sales strategies including online promotional campaigns and product ranking to boost sales revenue
- Manage different omni-channels’ activities, including listing content, promotions and inventory planning to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze the online sales performance and roll out effective digital marketing activities and campaigns to achieve business objective
- Work closely with internal teams to initiate promotion campaign and activities to achieve traffic, engagement, conversion and CRM goals
- Liaise and manage with vendors of marketplace issue and optimize UXUI to maximize business impact
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Ecommerce, Marketing or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience of Ecommerce operations in FMCG or retail industry
- Knowledge of various omnichannel platforms and online sales strategies, experience in HKTVmall or Ztore is highly preferred
- Proactive team leader with strong numerical sense, negotiation and project management skill
- Self-motivated, able to multi-tasking and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
