Our client is a luxury good from Europe which had a long history and looking for a talent with wholesale / travel retail / retail operation experience and will lead a small team for APAC market.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the customer development, sales process and customer interaction and company profitability, aiming at meeting / exceeding sales & profit targets and customer expectations in Southeast Asia region.
2. Maximize the sales/profit of existing customer and sales channels. P&L responsible of assigned area
3. Explore the business opportunities in assigned region, particularly in the focused market HK.
4. Responsible for managing the DTC team of HK to optimize the business process and end-consumer shopping experience
3. Submit and implement short and mid-term sales plans and prepare sales strategies within own area of responsibility to reach nominated targets.
4. Retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established and important accounts or manage new customer pipeline acquisition.
5. Responsible for delivering the targeted sales forecasts; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs, invoicing and receivables against forecasts. Maintain CRM database effectively.
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree holder in business, engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills with clients and a team player
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Dynamic, antagonistic and ambitious
- Self-motivated and able to learn things in a fast pace environment
- React and think quickly in different high pressure at work
