Medical Sales Representatives (Pharma)

Our client is a MNC pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote products and/or services to public hospitals & private doctors to meet or exceed sales targets
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with partners including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Provide product details to clients to maximize product or brand penetration through development and execution of sales plan & strategies
• Proactively explore new business opportunities, approach key account customers, dealers, pharmacy and other business partners and maintain good relationship with designated customers
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from products and/or services.
• Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing to develop sales strategies and drive business expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ Sciences/ relevant major; Registered Pharcamist is preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/ medical device
• Experience in KOL management/ HCPs engagement is preferred; Working experience with specialists of CV/ DM/ Hepatology/ Infectious Diseases/ Virology/ Oncolgy/ Neurology is preferred
• Proactive in carrying out task and driving sales results
• Ambitious and passionate about building a successful sales career
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
