Our client is a leading MNC pharmaceutical company, specialized in dermatology innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote products and/or services to existing and new customers, including public hospitals, private doctors and beauty centres to meet or exceed sales targets, to expand business portfolio and to increase market share
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with partners including healthcare professionals and beauty consultants
  • Provide product details to clients to maximize product or brand penetration through development and execution of sales plan & strategies
  • Proactively explore new business opportunities, approach key account customers and acquire new business partners
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product information to maximize the benefits derived from products and/or services.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing to develop sales strategies and drive business expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical training teams to ensure best customer engagement is attained, and assist in engagement activities such as workshops, training, and exhibitions, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences/ Medical/ relevant major
  • 3+ years of sales experience in aesthetics / healthcare/ pharmaceutical/ medical device; with HCPs networks/ KOL management/ account management experience is preferred; Candidates with less experience would be considered as Sales Executive
  • Proactive in carrying out task and driving sales results
  • Ambitious and passionate about building a successful sales career and developing career in medical aesthetics industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill with can-do attitude
