Key Account Manager, FMCG/ Personal Care

One of the leading FMCG group of personal care sector is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team. They are currently seeking for talents with strategical planning and key account management experience. Job Descriptions:

• Establish and manage good business partnership with different distributors and channels
• Plan and develop trade promotion plan and sales activities to achieve business target
• Identify potential business opportunity to maximize sales and profitability
• Work closely and lead the team for promotions execution
• Monitor and review account activities, and ensure their performance are align with standard
• Conduct market research to obtain market intelligence, and support the development of sales strategy
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or any discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience of sales or account management in FMCG industry
• Knowledge in general trade management is highly preferable
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Result-oriented, data driven and strong in strategic thinking
• Proactive, good team player with excellence presentation skill
