Act as the single global point of contact / coordination for high-value Key Accounts;
Increase market share and deliver incremental contribution using incentives, initiatives, commitment programmes and marketing activity;
Leveraging high-value clients relationships by considering upside potential based around cross-selling/up-selling and a focus on delivering a highly engaged global client solution;
Develop an intimate understanding of the customer’s business needs using a variety of sources and identify commercial opportunities both locally and internationally;
Develop further depth in relationships with Key Accounts and breadth of contacts within those targeted organizations;
Deliver on agreed sales objectives for each individual account through direct and demonstrable engagement across the target;
Prepare bespoke strategic plans, encompassing sales, marketing and pricing activities, to maximise opportunities and value for both parties;
Undertake annual account review and presents findings / recommendations to -the Group Commercial Director, Asia;
Custom-tailor a suite of services, agreed SLA and education model for Key Accounts specific to the individual target’s needs.
