Responsibilities:
- Conduct market & planning research, feasibility studies to identify and evaluate investment potential
- Provide strategic advice on submission of planning applications, formulation of Master Layout Plan and technical assessments and fulfilment of planning conditions
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants and Government departments regarding planning and development matters
- Conduct regular reviews on the latest town planning legislation and guidelines and identify implications of planning approvals and approval conditions on the existing and potential projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in Town Planning / Urban Design or equivalent
- Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) or the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent is preferable
- Familiar with statutory planning system in Hong Kong
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
