With their expanding business, they are now looking for an Administrator to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support in managing customer services, sales operations and administrative activities
- Responsible to enquiries from clients about technical service
- Responsible for preparing quotations/ tenders/ contracts applications and document filing
- Perform general system administration backup, software installation support or system monitoring
- Coordinate with technicians on daily repair/maintenance works, manage capacity monitoring on system and applications
Main Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Adminsitration or related disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant experience in administration
- Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processin
- Able to work independently, with high efficiency and under pressure
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
