HVAC Engineer (Project-based)

Our client is a well-known conglomerate, they are looking for an Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress, job quality, safety precautions, and quality compliance of the projects.
• Supervise and monitor HVAC new built/retrofit/A&A project
• To ensure all the safety requirements are up to standards
• Lead a team of Supervisors, technicians and contractors to implement the project
• Liaise with external parties, e.g., main contractors and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
• Prepare technical reports

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering degree or equivalent.
• >3 year's experience in Engineering, Building services engineering or Mechanical engineering
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD etc.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
